Is it worth migrating custom Android apps to Kotlin Multiplatform?

I am currently maintaining a large custom Android application written in Kotlin. Management wants us to release an iOS version by Q4. Is KMP the best path forward or should we rewrite it using Flutter or Swift? I am worried about native UI performance and bridge performance for Bluetooth integrations.
